Though TLC has yet to officially confirm 1000-lb Sisters season 6, there have been multiple sightings of a film crew following the Slatons around. At one point, the Slatons were even spotted filming in London. Though it wasn’t clear that they were filming 1000-lb Sisters season 6, that’s certainly the most likely option. All the Slaton siblings are expected to be back for 1000-lb Sisters season 6.
