Sister Wives star Meri Brown made light of her latest problem in a controversial reveal she made to her TLC fans almost two weeks ago. But then she went dark online. She hasn’t even shown up for her live-streaming show, Fridays with Friends.

Meri Brown is usually good about updating her Sister Wives fans on what goes on in her life. She posts several times a week.

But it seems the TLC star has gone dark on social media for almost two weeks. Fans suggest that this could have something to do with her last post back on May 13.

Meri’s missed her Friday with Friends before, but it is unusual for her to disappoint her faithful fans two weeks in a row. But this makes two consecutive weeks when she was a no-show.

With that said, her last post was a bit bizarre and may explain why she’s not around online.

Meri shared with fans that feared backlash for her latest endeavor.  She worried fans would compare her newest project to someone else’s work.

While Meri Brown seemed to do some damage control, it didn’t work. Not long after that post, the Sister Wives critics rolled out the backlash.

Meri’s Latest Project Turns Into a Worthy Conundrum

Meri’s latest movement, as she calls it, came to her about two years ago. She was vacationing in the mountains when the title for her project, “Worthy Up” was born.

But about six months after that, a best-selling author announced a book she was writing. The title of that book is “Worthy” and it sounds a lot like what Meri peddles in her campaign.

Meri turned her Worthy Up into a movement resembling a life-coaching business. And, for a price, you can join this Sister Wives celeb in her new venue. But, the similarities between her movement and this new book worried her.

She feared people would accuse her of copying someone else’s work. And… they did.

Sister Wives: Letting the Dust Settle?

Meri Brown detailed the timeline of the birth of “Worthy Up”. So, from what Meri offers, this puts her in the clear of any copying.

But she said she knew as soon as she saw the title “Worthy” on that book that people would accuse her of copying. It turns out, these accusations were only part of the problem, coming from Sister Wives fans.

This Sister Wives entrepreneur didn’t create this movement as a self-help freebie. No, her fans were invited to join her supportive community.

But the price range for a yearly subscription starts at $150 and tops off at $600. With each more expensive level allowing you more perks.

So that raised a few eyebrows as well. This seems to be a money-making venture for Meri Brown, and Sister Wives fans say she’s priced it too high for the average person, which pretty much describes the folks who make up her fan base.

So, maybe Meri Brown decided to lie low until the dust settled ahead of the new season from the TLC network.
