The Young and the Restless Spoilers: ‘Bad Ashley’ Split Personality – Wild Side Comes Out with Alarming Consequences?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) can’t take much more of the mental anguish she’s dealing with. It’s clear that Ashley needs professional help, but she’s still trying to tackle all this on her own.
That could lead to Ashley’s mind inventing its own way to protect her.
Ashley hates hearing all the doubts and concerns inside her head, so could a split personality story push them aside?
It feels like Ashley may already be teetering on the edge of this based on her behavior with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in the February 16 episode and some upcoming scenes on February 19, too.
One minute Ashley is falling apart and the next she’s finding her resolve again.
There’s seemingly a disconnect between the Ashley that’s terrified and the Ashley that’s still determined to stand against Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Even if Y&R doesn’t go with full-blown dissociative identity disorder, there has to be something that’s seriously wrong.
Ashley may indeed have some sort of split personality situation going on that’ll worsen during the week of February 19-23.
Tucker will be thrown for a loop when he walks in his suite and finds Ashley waiting for him. Despite being a crying mess before, Ashley will seem like she’s reverted to her smug, angry side as they come face to face.
There’s no denying that Ashley’s emotions are turning on a dime right now, so there’ll surely be an explanation for that.
Maybe “bad Ashley” will overtake the version of herself that’s crumbling by going up against Tucker with horrifying results.
It’s easy to imagine Ashley physically harming Tucker or even putting some sort of captivity plot in motion. Ashley may do terrible things and not even realize it once she snaps back to reality.
